The Governance Board of the Makerere University Technology & Innovation Center (MUTIC) provides strategic oversight and guidance to ensure innovation thrives across Makerere University and beyond.
Comprising distinguished leaders from academia, industry, and government, the board steers MUTIC’s mission to transform ideas into sustainable solutions with real-world impact.

Through partnerships with organizations such as UNDP and the Timbuktoo Initiative, the Board champions a culture of innovation, collaboration, and youth-led transformation across Africa.
